We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital products or services purchased.

Why No Refunds?

Digital content is delivered instantly or upon registration. Once you’ve been granted access, we are unable to revoke that access. This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our materials and community.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected issues may occur. In rare cases of duplicate payments or technical issues (e.g., you are charged twice), please contact us at team@marketinghollow.com within 3 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
